3SWAI d.o.o. ("3SWAI", "we", "our" or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Slovenian data-protection law (ZVOP-2).

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

• Identification and contact details you send us (name, e-mail address, phone number, organisation, job title).
• The content of messages you send us by e-mail or through links on this website.
• Technical data generated when you visit this website (IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages visited, timestamps), processed by our hosting provider in server logs.

3. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not set tracking cookies of its own. It is hosted on the Dorik platform, which may set strictly necessary technical cookies required to deliver the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google servers (your IP address is transmitted to Google for that request). If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

4. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

• Responding to pilot, partnership and investor enquiries – pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in developing our business (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Maintaining business relationships and sending information you have asked for – legitimate interest, or consent where required (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Keeping the website secure and available – legitimate interest.
• Complying with legal obligations – Art. 6(1)(c).

5. Sharing of data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only within the Ainnovyze group where necessary for the purposes above, with service providers acting on our behalf under data-processing agreements (website hosting: Dorik; e-mail hosting), and with authorities where the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

7. Retention

• Enquiries and business contacts: up to 3 years after the last interaction, unless a contract requires longer.
• Pilot-programme participants: for the duration of the pilot and 1 year after it ends.
• Server logs: up to 6 months.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si) or the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. In the event of a personal-data breach we will notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours and affected individuals without undue delay, where required.
